Pat Bryant, the 6-2, 204 Lb., wide receiver out of Illinois, was picked in the third round of the 2025 draft by the Denver Broncos. A member of the PK Watchlist 2025 NFL Draft Team, Bryant impressed the Broncos brass with his get-off at the line of scrimmage and the use of his 6-2 frame downfield. In fact, Denver Head Coach Sean Payton said, “We try to find comps, and he [Bryant] … there were so many things about him, his game, that reminded me of [Michael] Thomas. … Really explosive off the line of scrimmage, very competitive, very tough… His size, and his hands are outstanding.” Wow. I really like Bryant, but Thomas had four straight seasons over 90 catches, with a season high of 149 balls for 1,725 yards. But Bryant is in a good place if the head coach likes you that much out of the gate!
